design & environment
As a manufacturer, we limit our impact on the environment on different levels. We use recycled fibres as much as possible and favour renewable energy for the production process. We always opt for products with a non-harmful base and renewable materials such as cork or recycled sari silk.
Omexco has a long history of being eco-conscious and we push our creativity whilst trying to reduce waste, e.g. by custom cutting every order. Almost all of our products are eco-certified and PVC free. All these efforts allowed us to obtain the Ecological Label as well as the certificate for sustainable forestry.
Inspired by nature, we are driven by design, innovation and craftsmanship.
As an established designer and producer of luxury wallcoverings, we control the whole process from the original idea all the way to the production process and the shipping of the final product. This allows us to always offer a flawless high-end product.
exquisite mastery
A team of in-house designers is in continuous dialogue with a highly qualified production team to create new designs, with subtle colours and unique textures. A lot of research and development goes into the creation of those new designs in order to offer an ever more qualitative product. Over the years, we acquired a broad expertise in printing on non-woven and textile wallcovering. Our « colour lab » also offers a custom colouring service on request.
customer care
A full range stock-holding enables us to offer a swift and flexible cut length service. An efficient customer service and warehouse team do their utmost to ensure that every order is shipped worldwide within 24 hours.

Deltracon is a family owned weaving mill of high end linen fabrics.
Deltracon was founded in 1990 by Rudy & Kathleen Delchambre. In 2013 their daughter, Darline, also started working in the company.
We produce linen fabrics for sheers, drapery, upholstery and wallcovering. Some or our fabrics are also used for bed- and table linen. Plains, dobbies, jacquards and embroidered fabrics are produced in 140/150 or 300 cm. Using natural noble materials has always been our passion.
In 2009 we took over a Belgian trimming company and renamed it Flanders’ Trimmings.
This company produces high quality trimmings & tiebacks/tassels.
After the unfortunate demise of Van Maele Weavers in October 2018, Deltracon decided not to let Van Maele’s history go lost since it suited so well with its’ own.
We purchased 10 weaving looms with 24 shafts, the entire yarn stock, archives and the Van Maele name.
These additional looms will enable Deltracon to produce more complicated dobby designs and paperbacked wallcoverings.
Deltracon treasures the past, present and is especially looking to the future since now a complete range of home furnishing fabrics can be offered.

De Saedeleir Textile Group
De Saedeleir Textile GroupMore Info
”More than 120 years of experience in innovative and ecological textile solutions.”
De Saedeleir Textile Group (DSTG) is a family-owned business, established in the 19th century. With more than 120 years of experience, we design, develop and produce a wide range of innovative and ecological textile solutions for a wide variety of clients. What began in the early 20th century as a small business specializing in the collection and recycling of industrial waste materials including metals, rags and textiles, steadily developed into a globally-renowned manufacturer of needlepunched non-wovens.
Our history in a nutshell:
Late 19th century
Damiaan De Saedeleir, founding father of De Saedeleir Textile Group, starts trading as a small entrepreneur in the waste collection business. He collects, sorts and trades in rags and metals.
Early 20th century
Damiaan’s sons Pascal and Florent take over their father’s business and specialise in pulling the collected textiles and selling the raw fibres to textile companies in Flanders. The group now operates out of three locations in the village of Lebbeke.
Mid 20th century
Soon after World War II, DSTG begins to concentrate on collecting textile waste and regenerated fibres due to a shortage of raw materials. A third
generation of De Saedeleir brothers enter the business as Leo and Jean help their father to expand the company, before assuming control.
Late 20th century
The company is now growing at a rapid rate. The three locations in Lebbeke are now too small to cope, so DSTG moves to a 200,000m² industrial site in the nearby city of Dendermonde. Here they begin the production of polypropylene and polyester fibres, a European first at that time. DSTG is now aiming for global expansion under the new and dynamic management of the fourth generation of the family: Patrick, Pascal, Dirk and Kris De Saedeleir.
Early 21st century
DSTG expands globally by taking ownership of French textile company Sommer Needlepunch, which becomes an important part of the group. This takeover expands the product range significantly, enabling DSTG to explore new markets. Further growth follows with the launch of sales and service offices in the UK (Sommer Flooring Ltd), US (Sommer Flooring Inc), the Netherlands and Belgium (Cover Flooring NL/BE), while DS Fibras is launched in Mexico to serve the local automotive market.
