Under the impetus of merchants, the City of Liège and the Walloon Region, the Souverain-Pont Nouvelle has recently lined up the prettiest showcases of designers, workshop-boutiques and concept stores that you absolutely must discover.
It was in May 2014, at number 7 Rue Souverain-Pont, in a completely renovated former textile factory, that Emmanuelle Wégria set up her treasure chests.
