BLYDE BENELUX, CREATING A POSITIVE FOOTPRINT WORLDWIDE
We are Blyde Benelux, the first Benelux-based PR agency to receive a B Corp certification. A sustainable PR agency for sustainable brands and social enterprises. From our two locations in Amsterdam and Antwerp, we work for our mission ‘creating a positive footprint worldwide’. To speed up the transition into a sustainable and social economy, we combine our strengths with pioneering impact brands and social enterprises. Call us happy warriors, working from our core values: humour, ambition, team, optimism, and result.
IT CAN BE FASTER, BETTER, MORE AMBITIOUS
Of course. We have developed healthy flight shame, are committed to the wellbeing of people who suffer for myriad reasons, and a wardrobe can be both responsible and beautiful nowadays. Sustainable and social entrepreneurship and consumerism are very timely and important. In his book about climate change, Jelmer Mommers, correspondent Climate and Energy for De Correspondent, asks the valid question “how are we going to explain this?”. This is part of the challenge: to rally and move people into behavioural change, there is need for context, knowledge, and stories.
FUTURE-PROOF ROUTE TO SUCCESS
Based in Amsterdam and Antwerp, we combine forces with sustainable brands and social enterprises who want to efficiently operate the Dutch, Belgian, and/or Benelux-market from one agency.
Blyde Benelux offers a platform for brands and people who aim to speed up the transition to a positive footprint worldwide. With a solid amount of vigour we show that it can and should be different. Sustainable and social ambitions are directive in all of our PR-strategies and concepts; we help companies to focus on what matters most. The SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) form important pillars of action within this process. By aligning our approach with the SDGs, we help organisations have a positive impact on society.

PUREPURE Contact: Stijn Verlinden
Stijn Verlinden gained experience in large corporate multinationals, from Philips to British American Tobacco. He also provided communication consultancy to major brands such as IKEA, Nike and Sony. That didn’t keep him from supporting niche brands such as Atelier 11, Café Costume and Morrison. Because you never know where there can be a cross-over.
Tom Tack is a Master in Conceptual Design, graduate from the Eindhoven Design Academy. His creative skills lead him from Ghent to Talinn and Milan. He worked with the Campana brothers and won The Great Expectations Award, organized by Frame Magazine. His visual insight and creative perfectionism are indispensable.

Starting from scratch
Early 2009, David Flamée launched Sketch: a support office for fashion and a PR office ‘new style’. He combines this job with a full-time function at the MoMu fashion museum in Antwerp, where he works at the communication department.
Sketch is David Flamée’s new take on public relations, press and support. A completely new concept where ‘PR’ stands for building bridges between young fashion designers and the international fashion network that David has established over the years. ‘Press’ implies his link with the best Belgian and international press contacts, whereas ‘support’ will have an even bigger impact on the collaboration. Here Sketch wants to give advice and tips regarding various aspects regarding the fashion field.
Crucial in all this is the blank page. The so-called starting from scratch. Focused all the way. And never hollow. The ultimate goal is a new sketch… based on fresh ideas.
Potential clients can be fashion designers, established fashion labels, or organisations that have a link with fashion.
David Flamée studied communication at the Arteveldehogeschool in Ghent (1999-2001). Immediately afterwards he started working at the FFI as a project manager and quickly became one of the strong pillars of the institute. During seven years, he had a strong hand in projects such as VITRINE and Showroom Antwerp during Paris Fashion week, and represented the FFI on foreign missions to Barcelona, Florence and Athens. He was keen on coaching young design talent and was a happy go-between for press, buyers and fashion professionals.
Since 2002, David is closely involved in coordinating all press and interview queries for the fashion department at AP University College. He also coordinates press and jury for the annual graduation show.
