Veramtex currently holds 15 people and handles more than 8 million meters..
The companies that call upon the services of Veramtex operate in the weaving or textile finishing sector.
Founded in 1983, Veramtex is using for almost 30 years a fabric treatment process based on liquid ammonia. This treatment involves entirely natural products, carried out using technology specific to Veramtex: Beau-Fixe.
During the process, all the ammonia is removed from the fabric, and over 99.5 % of it is recovered and recycled.
In 2012, Veramtex diversified by investing in a new machine and provides a second treatment : Flam-Fixe.
This is a part of the flame retardant treatment applied to a wide range of cellulosic fabrics and their blends with synthetics.
Flam-Fixe requires the use of ammonia gas and confers a permanent flame retardant treatment.
